Browse this site to understand health performance in your community and to compare your community with others. The scatter plots are a great way to look for overall trends and correlations among health parameters. Use the blot maps to look for geographic trends in health data and to see how your county compares with neighboring counties. To get at exact numbers or to easily export a subset of data, use the sortable tables page. Finally, developers are welcome to use the the JSON API to build health data dashboards for the media and audience of their choice.
